Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice each chicken breast
Step 2
Combine all dry ingredients in a big mixing bowl
Step 3
Whisk eggs and water
Step 4
Dip chickens 1 at a time in egg mixture and allow excess egg to drip off
Step 5
Place chicken into dry mixture, cover with mixture, press mixture onto chicken, flip and repeat
Step 6
Place breaded chicken onto clean plate
Step 7
Once done with chicken, heat 2 cups of olive oil in an electric skillet at 350 degrees
Step 8
Place chicken slices into skillet and cook 3 minutes per side or until golden brown
Step 9
Removed cutlets onto a paper towel lined plate
Step 10
Repeat until all cutlets are cooked
