Honey Garlic Pork Chops
Delicious pork chops with sweet sauce that can be served over rice with a vegetable

Instructions
Step 1
Pat both sides of pork chops with wet paper towel and season with salt and pepper
Step 2
Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl
Step 3
Whisk egg and water in a mixing bowl
Step 4
Dip pork chop into egg mixture and allow excess egg to drip off
Step 5
Place pork chop into dry mixture, cover with mixture, press mixture onto pork chop, flip and repeat until all pork chops are coated with flour
Step 6
Place pork chops onto clean plate
Step 7
Add olive oil to a skillet on medium high heat
Step 8
Cook pork chops 2 minutes per side and remove from skillet to a paper towel covered plate or a drying rack to rest
Step 9
For the sauce, add olive oil and garlic to medium sauce pan and heat on medium high heat only to soften garlic(2 minutes)
Step 10
Add honey, soy sauce, and pepper to pot
Step 11
Simmer and stir 5-10 minutes before removing from heat and cool
Step 12
Place pork chops into sauce while it cools
Step 13
Serve pork chop on plate with additional sauce with or over rice
