Instructions

Step 1
A day before, mix the olive oil, sugar, instant yeast and the water. Add half of the flour and mix until half combined, add the rest of the flour with the salt and finish mixing well.

Form a ball and leave in the refrigerator overnight
Step 3
Take the dough out of the fridge four hours before you need them ready. Depending on the ambient temperature in your place, it can be less or more time so you will have to adjust.
Step 4
Let it rest for one hour and half or until the dough is not cold anymore.
Step 5
Fold and rest for 30 minutes
Step 6
Degas the dough and form a ball. Separate the dough in pieces of approximately 100gr each.
Step 7
Form balls and leave the dough to rest for an hour
Step 8
15 minutes before the hour ends, preheat the oven at 350°F/180°C
Step 9
After an hour, mix an egg and brush the balls with it. Optionally, you can decorate with sesame seeds
Step 10
Bake in the oven for 22-23 minutes at 350°F/180°C
Step 11
Take them out and rest them in a wired rack till you're ready to use
