Instructions
Step 1
Refrigerate tuna 1-24 hours (when chilled, drain and add to a bowl)
Step 2
Wash and blanch celery in salted water for 1-2 minutes then shock in ice bath or cold water. Dry and med-fine chop
Step 3
Peel and shred carrot on a small grater
Step 4
Wash, dry and chop fresh dill
Step 5
Wash lemon well then dry and zest half. Then fine chop zest. Then slice a 1/4 pc of lemon and squeeze juice in bowl with tuna
Step 6
Add all ingredients to tuna including mayo and fresh cracked pepper. Mix and taste. Adjust if necessary (mayo & pepper).
Step 7
Enjoy on your favorite bread!
