Instructions

Step 1
On medium heat, preheat olive oil in large pan. Add diced bell pepper, diced onion, and ground beef to the pan. Cook until onions become translucent and hamburger is browned. You can skip this step but it takes out the raw onion and bell pepper flavor. It also keeps the ground beef from taking on a weird texture in the crockpot.
Step 2
In your crockpot add beef and veggie mix and then the rest of your ingredients. Mix together well. Cook on low for 4-8 hours.
