Instructions

Step 1
In a large pot or dutch oven on medium heat, cook the onion and ground beef until the onion is translucent and the beef is browned. If you're adding extra veggies, add them to this step.
Step 2
Once beef and onion mixture is cooked, add dried seasonings and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds - 1 minute. Then add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add everything except the noodles to the pot and bring to a boil then lower heat and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
Step 4
Add noodles to pot and cover. Continue to simmer until noodles are done to your liking. Make sure to stir frequently to prevent sticking.
