Instructions

Step 1
Roast the veggies. Blend with almond milk. Fry butter and garlic and flour to make a roux. Add the veggies and milk. Add water to achieve the correct consistency. Add cheese and stir to melt. Add nutritional yeast. Pour over prepared pasta
