Step 1
Cook the lentils according package instructions.

Mince the parsley, chives and garlic.
Step 3
Add everything to thw low fat quark and mix well.

Chop the onion and garlic.
Step 5
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the onion and garlic. Fry for about 1 minute.

Add the beef and break it up with a spatula. Fry for about 1min.

Add the seasoning, kidney beans and corn. Fry for about 3 more minutes.

Spread the front center of the burrito with the sour cream dip.
Step 9
Top it with the lentils and beef filling.
Step 10
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 11
Roast the wrap on all sides and enjoy!
