Step 1
In a bowl add cream cheese crumbled feta sliced spring onions and chopped dill and Season with lots of fresh ground black pepper this gives an amazing flavor !

Step 2
Roll out the puff pastry ( this should not be frozen puff pastry it should already be thawed if you are using frozen ) and use a small cookie cutter or glass to cut out circles . Tear of the leftover dough then put in the fridge and roll out after ! Place a small teaspoon of filling on each of the circles

Step 3
Pinch the sides of the middle of the dough on each circle together then pinch the ends and keep pinching until the dough is sealed . Fry in a pan on medium heat with a little olive oil and butter until golden and crispy on both sides ! I like to serve with sour cream ! Enjoy
