I don't know where is this recipe from, but my mother made this dish for our daily menu. We are from Jawa Timur Indonesia. I wanna save this recipe from my memory of my mother, so here we go.. This dish is so simple and delicious. Hope you all can enjoy it.

Instructions

Step 1
Clean the tofu in the flowing water then slice the tofu into little dice size.
Step 2
Fry the little dice size tofu into 15ml boiling palm oil, then lift up after the tofu turn into brown colour.
Step 3
Clean up the bean sprouts to the water then rise.
Step 4
Cop the garlic, shallot, chilli, and green onion. Then the preparation is ready.
Step 5
Put 15ml palm oil into the pan until boiling, then add the onion, shallot, and chilli. Wait until golden brown.
Step 6
Add 2tbs soy sauce to the pan.
Step 7
Add the tofu and bean sprouts.
Step 8
Add 150ml water, add the msg and salt, then wait for 5minute until it's ready.
Step 9
Fry an egg in different pan then rise.
Step 10
Serve rice in the plate, add the tofu bean sprouts and the fry egg, add the coped green onion, then enjoy :)
