I love making mango salsa as it has that sweet and salty vibe that I love. Also, I think it can be served next to anything. Tacos, fish, tortilla chips, you name it. This is a pretty basic recipe for a mango salsa, but I add one extra ingredient to it that gives it a delicious, briny taste. Rice vinegar! You can use regular white vinegar, but rice vinegar has such a great flavour that goes so well here.
