Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper and set side.
Step 2
Food process the bacon & put it in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients except flour and mix well in the bowl. Don't skip this step.
Step 3
Add two cups of the oat flour and incorporate into batter. A lightweight yet thick dough should start to form. Slowly add 1/2 cup additional flour. If needed add the final 1/2 cup of flour to form a beautiful dough.
Step 4
Divide don't in half before rolling each half out. It's a lot of dough. I cut into 2 sizes, 1.5 inch and 2" biscuits.
Step 5
These bake for 30 minutes swapping the trees in the oven after halfway. Turn off oven allow treats to remain in oven until it cools off. Vacuum seal and freeze
