Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180•C.
Step 2
Melt butter & chocolate together over double boiler. Set aside.
Step 3
Sift the flour & set aside.
Step 4
Using an electric beater, beat the eggs, sugar, salt & vanilla until ribbon stage (light yellow, fluffy and bigger volume).
Step 5
Fold the cooled chocolate into the egg mixture.
Step 6
Gently but quickly fold the flour in.
Step 7
Pour into prepared baking dish & top with pecans.
Step 8
Bake for 35min until set.
Step 9
Allow to cool completely before cutting. Makes 24.
