Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side or until they are cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C). Remove the chicken from the grill, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it into thin strips.

While the chicken is grilling, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
