Instructions

Step 1
All diced and cooked in olive oil salt and pepper until onions are soft (try roasting carrots, onion, celery and bell pepper in large chunks).
Step 2
Stir all together for a minute..
Step 3
Simmer for 30/35 minutes
Step 4
Stir and serve if reduced enough
Step 5
Roasting veg in cumin, cayenne, cinnamon, salt and pepper sprinkled over.
