Ingredients

600gDiced Beef
1yellow onion
large, diced
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
½ tspCinnamon Powder
1 TbspMethi Leaves
1 Tbspmadras curry powder
½ tspCardamom seeds
1 tspchilli powder
1 tspturmeric powder
1red chilli
sliced
2 tspgarlic paste
1 tspginger paste
15gFresh Coriander
finely chopped
3 TbspTomato Paste
purée
400gtin chopped tomatoes
400gtin plum tomatoes
200mlwater
Instructions
Step 1
Add the dry ingredients, half of the chopped coriander plus the garlic and ginger into the slow cooker and mix.
Step 2
Now add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
Step 3
Set the slow cooker on low heat and allow to cook for about four hours.
Step 4
Leaving a little for garnish add the rest of the coriander stir and plate up.
Step 5
Serve with rice and garnish with the remaining coriander, lick you’re lips and enjoy.
