Instructions
Step 1
Cut 2 chicken breasts in half
Step 2
Add 1 tsp Oliver oil over chicken

Season both sides with salt, paprika, garlic powder

Blend evaporated milk, grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp black pepper

Cook chicken in skillet with olive oil 5-6 mins per side

Pull chicken out and in same pan add garlic cloves, chicken stock, blended sauce and cook on low heat until blended, then add light cream cheese and continue to cook until blended, then add smoked paprika, and chicken stock powder, then add chopped spinach and simmer for 5 minutes
Step 7
While sauce is simmering, add 4 cups of cauliflower rice to dish, place chicken on top, and pour sauce over once cooked.
