1 splashworcestershire sauce
1 packetau jus gravy mix
1 packetranch dressing mix
1 packetbeef stew mix
32 ozlow sodium beef broth
4 ozoil
options, butter, olive oil, avacado oil
1.5 lbred potatos
halved, petite
2 Tbsphot sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Season both side of chuck roast with your favorite beef seasoning.
Step 2
Combine all other ingredients except for potatoes and cook on low for 5 hours.
Step 3
Add potatoes, stir, and cook on low until all done.
