Instructions

Step 1
Peel the potatoes, chop, and cook them with salt and garlic until they soften. Then, mash them into a 'purée' and place this purée in a pan, pressing the dough well into a pizza shape. Bake it
Step 2
In a saucepan, cook the tomatoes until the skin softens. Remove the skin, mash the tomatoes, add 100ml of water, add the onion, parsley, and oregano, and cook until it turns into the pizza sauce
Step 3
In another pot, add the mustard and mushrooms, let them dehydrate, discard the water, and add the saffron, paprika, squeezed lemon, salt, and pepper, mix everything.
Step 4
After the potato crust bakes in the oven, place the sauce and mushrooms on top, and enjoy your meal.
