Instructions

Step 1
Add salted butter ( Kerry gold if possible ) to a bowl then add grated garlic chopped parsley and lots of freshly ground black pepper and mix together

Step 2
Get your bread of choice and butter both sides with the garlic butter mixture . Place bread on a griddle pan and toast for about two minutes until the bottom is golden then flip over add sharp white cheddar cheese to each slice of bread wait a minute for the heat to make the cheese melt on to the bread then sandwich then together
