Step 1
Spread butter on an oven tray and cover with parchment paper

Boil carrots in salted water until soft and puree until no lumps can be found

Put the mixture in the oven tray and take to the oven for about 20min or until cooked through

Lay a kitchen cloth on a surface and spread sugar on top

When the cake is cooked place it on the cloth and wait until it has cooled

Meanwhile, heat the cream and add the chocolate
