pumpkin spice syrup is very easy to make and having your own batch in the fridge can save you so much money on expensive pumpkin spice lattes .

Step 1
Add all ingredients into a pan ( note if you love some of the spice ingredients like ginger or clove feel free to add a little more as this is just a base recipe but can be made to suit your tastes ) whisk then heat on medium high heat until it comes to a simmer . Lower the heat to medium and let this simmer for 10 minutes

white sugar½ cup
cane sugar½ cup
water½ cup
vanilla1 tsp
nutmeg½ tsp
ground ginger¼ tsp
ground cloves¼ tsp
Step 2
Pour the liquid into a sealable jar . If you wish you can pour it into a strainer to make sure it’s absolutely smooth . Let this cool down then keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks z you can also freeze this and store it for 3 months . To use add to pancakes lattes pumpkin pie or whatever you like . Enjoy !
