Instructions

Step 1
S/P, garlic powder all sides of beef. Sear in oil and butter. Remove, add onions to collect browning on bottom of pot. Add carrots, water, broth, ranch, au jus, Peperoncini/juice and mix together. Place beef in broth, cook in oven for 2 and a half hours at 350° with lid on. Remove from oven, pull beef. Thicken gravy with cornstarch slurry. Serve over mash potatoes with gravy.
