Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Melt butter over medium heat
Step 3
When butter melts add 1 Tbs sage, onions, celery, & carrots
Step 4
When onion is translucent add garlic, apples, & lots of salt & pepper
Step 5
After 2 mins pour vegetable broth into pan, season w/ cayenne, & salt and pepper
Step 6
Sauté for 1-2 mins
Step 7
Tear bread in 1/2 inch pieces & place in 2 &3/4 qt casserole dish.
Step 8
Add cranberries and sage
Step 9
Pour mixture over bread
Step 10
Mix & bake uncovered at 350 for 45 mins to 1 hour - stirring once
