Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease small loaf pan.
Step 2
Sift flour and baking soda together. Set aside.

baking soda½ tsp
Step 3
Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Stir in milk and mashed bananas. Add flour and soda mixture and beat vigorously.

Step 4
Pour into prepared loaf pan.
Step 5
Bake 35-40 minutes until toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool then wrap and store in plastic wrap.
