Instructions
Step 1
Combine cake and pudding mix.
Step 2
Add oil, water, and juice.
Step 3
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Step 4
Add almond flavoring.
Step 5
Fold in poppy seeds.
Step 6
Pour into two buttered 9x5" loaf pans that have been coated with a sugar cinnamon mixture.
Bake 45-55 minutes at 350.
Step 7
Remove from oven. Remove loaves from pans and sprinkle tops with more sugar cinnamon mixture.
