3 Tbspmilk

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 300 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crust and melted butter until evenly incorporated.

Press 2 tbsp of crumbs into each large muffin liner. Air Fry crusts for 5 minutes, then let cool.

3. In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, milk and mix until even with a hand mixer. Add eggs one at a time and mix until combined.

4. Pour cheesecake filling over crust. Air Fry 20-25 minutes or until the top of the cheesecake have set.

5. Let cheesecakes cool for 30min and then place in fridge for minimum 4hrs.

6. Place pecan pieces on an air fry sheet and air fry for 10min at 300 degrees.

7. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, heavy cream and bring to a boil for 1-2min while stirring consistently. Reduce heat and let simmer for 1-2min.

8.Remove from heat. Stir in roasted pecan pieces and set aside to cool.

9. Remove cheesecakes from muffin mold and top with pecan mixture. Enjoy!
