2 cupsall-purpose flour
2 teaspoonsbaking powder
2 teaspoonsbaking soda
1 teaspoonsalt
1 cupunsalted butter
at room temperature
1 cuplight brown sugar
packed
1 cupgranulated sugar
2 teaspoonspure vanilla extract
2eggs

2egg yolks
2 cupm&m
2rolled oats
2 cupspretzel rods
roughly chopped
3 ⅔ cupspeppermint puffs
chopped
3 ⅔ cupswhite chocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1
Position oven racks in the top and bottom thirds of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees
Step 2
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl until evenly combined. Combine the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer on medium-high until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes
Step 3
Bean in the vanilla, then add the eggs and yolks, 1 at a time, beating well after each edition
Step 4
Add the flour mixture and beat on low until the dough just comes together.
Step 5
Add the chocolate candies, oats, pretzels, peppermint and white chocolate chips then stir with a large spoon until evenly mixed.
Step 6
Scoop eight 1/3 cup portions of dough, roll into balls and divide between 2 baking sheets, spacing the cookies evenly apart, press the dough balls into thick disks with the palm of your hand.
Step 7
Bake, rotating the baking sheets top to bottom and front to back halfway through, until the cookies are gold brown and the edges are barely brown in the very middle, 18-20 minutes.
Step 8
Cool the cookies on a baking sheet for 1 minute then transfer to a wire rack to completely cool
