If you have seen some of my other recipies, you know we in Pennsylvania love the flavors of sweet and sour combined. This recipie for Harvard Beets gives you that delicious taste. You can used canned or fresh beets for this recipie. As with most of my recipies, you can modify it. If you want less sour, add a little less vinegar. A little less sweet, add a little lesss sugar. It takes very little time to make this scrumptious dish but you will love the results! Enjoy!!
