cut into bite-sized pieces
¼ teaspoonchili powder
¼ teaspooncumin
¼ teaspoongarlic powder

Instructions
Step 1
Wash and chop the bell pepper and tomatoes.
Step 2
Drain and rinse the black beans.
Step 3
Season the chicken with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Add the rice, water, and salt to the Instant Pot.
Step 5
Place a steamer basket or trivet on top of the rice.
Step 6
Add the seasoned chicken to the steamer basket.
Step 7
Close the lid and set the valve to "sealing."
Step 8
Cook on Manual High Pressure for 5 minutes.
Step 9
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then release any remaining pressure manually.
Step 10
Put the rice and chicken in a bowl.
Step 11
Top with the black beans, bell pepper, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and salsa.

Add any other desired toppings, such as sour cream, avocado, or cilantro.
