Ingredients
4 servings
1 cupraw cashews
soaked in boiling water for at least 20min if you've got a high-speed blender like Ninja or Nutribullet
½ cupwater
4 ozcan diced green chiles
½ tspapple cider vinegar
3 Tbspnutritional yeast
1 tspchili powder
½ tspcumin
½ tspgarlic powder
¼ tspturmeric
½ tspsalt
2 Tbspstarch
corn, arrow and tapioca work great
Instructions
Step 1
After draining soaked cashews, toss all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Once blended, heat in size appropriate pan until slightly thicker and warmed through. Enjoy with tortilla chips, fries or anything else you like nacho cheese on. 🌮🍟🥦
