Caesar Dressing
I love a thick and creamy dressing, but over time — with a handful of other foods + products labeled vegan with filler ingredients — I started to get skeptical about what I’m actually consuming
This salad dressing has been in rotation for me since I stopped buying it, and leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. Creamy savory garlicky goodness — and of substance! I hope it finds its way into your kitchen 🫶🏾
Caesar Dressing
1 cup raw cashews (soaked)
4 tablespoons hemp seeds
3/4 - 1 cup water
1/4 cup EVOO
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 heaping tablespoon Dijon mustard
3-5 garlic cloves
2 tbsp capers
1 tablespoon soy sauce/liquid aminos
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
