Instructions

Step 1
1. Cut the banana into small pieces and add into blender along with the cinammon and vanilla powder.

2. After, soak the chia seeds for about 2 - 5 mins and the dried date for about 2 - 5 mins aswell.

3. Cut the date into smaller pieces and add the skin along with the chia seeds into the blender. Then, add the almond milk.

4. Add 1 tbsp of honey to the mix and mix for 1 min. Then, add the other 1 tbsp honey and mix for another minute.
