Preheat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.

Peel the garlic cloves, cut into slices, add to the pan and fry for 1-2 min.

Slice the mushrooms into thicker slices. If the mushroom stalks are long – then cut them off. Put sliced mushrooms in a pan together with fried garlic, season with salt, pepper, fry for 4-5 minutes, stir from time to time until the mushrooms release water and it evaporates. Then add the wine (if you use it), stir and fry for another 1 min.
Step 6
Place the prepared champignons on a plate, sprinkle with parsley, if necessary add more salt. Serve with toasted French bread slices. Enjoy!
