Pennsylvania Dutch Pepper Cabbage
1 step
Prep:30min
Pepper Cabbage is a side dish much like cole slaw only this delicious side dish has a sweet and sour dressing we Pennsylvanians love. It’s a wonderful fresh tasting alternative to a mayonnaise based coleslaw or a great alternative for someone who can’t have the eggs in mayonnaise. I use my food processor to shred the cabbage, celery and carrots. Making the dressing is as easy and takes just a few minutes. It gets poured over the shredded vegetables and incorporated in until mixed. You are gonna love this recipe!!
