Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl combine eggs, cottage cheese, parmesan, bread crumbs, garlic powder and onion powder.
Step 2
Add broccoli, roasted red peppers and ham. Mix well.
Step 3
Pour into 9x9 casserole dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350°F for 45 mins or until centre is set. Let stand for 10 mins before serving.
