Instructions
Step 1
Cut off a little bit from the ends since they can be bitter. Slice the cucumber not too thinly to preserve its crunchy texture.
Step 2
Add about 2 teaspoons of salt. Pour in about a cup of water and mix well. Let it sit for around 20 minutes. If you have a red chili pepper, you can use half of it for color. Remove the seeds from inside and slice it thinly.
Step 3
After 20 minutes, After soaking, do not rinse the cucumber but squeeze out the excess water.
Step 4
Add 1t sugar, 1t vinegar, a bit of minced garlic, 1t minced green onions, 1t sesame seeds, and half sliced red chili pepper. Mix well.
Step 5
