Instructions
Step 1
Whisk egg whites and set aside.
Step 2
Whisk together wet ingredients and gradually add dry ingredients.
Step 3
Stir only until no flour streaks. If more flour is needed to thicken the batter add a small shake at a time until desired thickness.

Fold in egg whites
