Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl combined warm water , sugar , butter and yeast . Mix well . Let yeast activate 5-10 minutes .
Step 2
2 cups all purpose flour . On medium speed use your electric mixer to knead until a perfect dough ball forms . Around 6 minutes .
Step 3
Remove from the bowl and place into a greased second bowl ( or can use your original bowl just make sure it’s greased ) cover and let rise for around 45 minutes .
Step 4
Remove from the bowl and divide into 6 . Roll the dough into small buns and place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper to rise again for another 30 minutes or until doubled in size .
Step 5
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees . Once your buns have doubled in size brush them with egg wash and bake for 15 minutes .
