Instructions

Step 1
Beat 1 lb CHICKEN until about an inch thick and season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt on both sides.
Step 2
Add oil to a pot and sear chicken then remove and dice.
Step 3
Add 1 TBSP BUTTER in pot and add 2 celery sticks chopped, 2 Carrots chopped, and half an onion diced. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 5 min.
Step 4
Add 6 minced garlic cloves and cook until fragrant.
Step 5
Add 3 TBSP BUTTER and FLOUR and cook down for about 3 min.
Step 6
Adding 1 cup at a time, add 4CUPS CHICKEN STOCK and 2 CUPS HEAVY CREAM.
Step 7
Add 2 boxes of Bens Original Long Grain & Wild Rice Fast Cook (23 herbs)
Step 8
Add cut chicken and stir then cover and simmer for about 20 min stirring every 3-4 min.
