Instructions
Step 1
1. Put 1 onion, 200g garlic (adjustable), 25g ginger (optional), 100g water, 50g sugar, 1 tablespoon MSG, 100g fish sauce into the blender and blend (vegetable paste)

2. Put 3 tablespoons flour, 200g water and mix

3. Put it to microwave for 30 seconds, stir, microwave for another 30 seconds (flour paste)

4. Cut green onions into 1cm pieces, and cut chive into 3cm pieces.

5. Mix 200g gochugaru, vegetable paste, flour paste, green onions, and chive

6. Adjust the seasoning with fish sauce if it’s not salty enough.
Recipe (for 1 Napa cabbage)
Step 7
* Cut the Napa cabbage into approximately 3cm x 3cm pieces.
Step 8
* Place the cut cabbage in a large bowl.
Step 9
* Add a mixture of 1 cup of salt and 1 cup of water to bowl
Step 10
* Let it soak for 1 hour
Step 11
* After 1 hour, rinse the cabbage three times with water.
Step 12
* If the cabbage is still too salty after rinsing, soak it in water for about 30 minutes to reduce the salty taste.
Step 13
* Mix the seasoning paste with the soaked cabbage.
Step 14
* Ferment at room temperature for 3-4 days and store it in the refrigerator.
