For the burgers themselves

Grind lamb onion garlic all together through grinder and mix well. Freeze what you don’t use immediately
Step 2
Step 2 mix lamb and beef, salt and pepper
Step 3
Grill for best results on high flame or fry on high flame each side 2 min or until meat releases from pan then turn fire to medium to cover for 1 minute to cook inside to desired degree - lamb usually needs more time than regular beef burgers.
