Chicken fajita Pizza

Instructions

Step 1
Remove your dough ball from the fridge, and let it rest for 10 minutes before working with it.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 3
Place your uncooked chicken breasts or diced chicken in the bottom of the Pampered Chef Deep Covered baker.
Step 4
Sprinkle the Pampered Chef Chili Lime Rub and Southwestern seasonings all over the chicken. Add as much as little as you want.
Step 5
Slice your peppers in strips and then cut the strips in half, and place them in the baker on top of your chicken
Step 6
Cut your onion into strips, and place into the baker.
Step 7
Top the onions and peppers with the Chili Lime Rub and Southwestern.
Step 8
Place the lid on the baker and put it in the microwave for 8 minutes if your chicken is already cubed, or 10 minutes if your chicken breasts is whole.
Step 9
Put flour on your Pampered Chef cooking stone and place your dough ball on it. Put flour on the top of the dough, and then start working with the dough to make your crust. It's up to you on whether you want to roll your dough or work it with your hands. Once you have the size that you want dock the dough with the fork all over to help prevent air bubbles.
Step 10
Pull your deep covered baker out of the microwave, and make sure your chicken has an internal temperature of 165 degrees. If you cooked the chicken breast whole, take your Pampered Chef Salad Choppers to chop up the chicken. Combine all the ingredients well. If you do need to place back in the microwave, place it back in 1 minute increments to check.
Step 11
Spread the salsa on the crust.
Step 12
Take your Pampered Chef - Chef Tongs, and grab scoops of the mixture, let excess juice drain from the mixture, before placing on the crust.
Step 13
Sprinkle your shredded cheese on top.
Step 14
Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Step 15
Pull it out, and butter the edges of your crust and bake another 2 minutes.
Step 16
Pull it out and butter the crust again, and sprinkle garlic powder all over the crust and pizza. (You can also use Pampered Chef's Black Garlic Powder)
Step 17
Use your Pampered Chef Pizza Slicer to slice the Pizza.
