Instructions
Step 1
In a skillet over medium high heat, begin browning your meat
Step 2
Once cooked, drain the grease then add your taco seasoning (leave 1 tablespoon aside for the sauce) and add 1/4 cup of water. Mix well then remove the meat and set aside for later
Step 3
In that same skillet, heat up some oil and begin frying your corn tortillas
Step 4
While your tortillas cook, microwave your flour tortillas in a wet pepper towel for 30 seconds
Step 5
You will then make your sauce with the yogurt, ranch, taco sauce to taste and taco seasoning
Step 6
Mix the sauce well then spread on each flour tortilla
Step 7
Top that with shredded cheese
Step 8
Add in your cooked corn tortilla, then the meat, and toppings of choice
Step 9
