Ingredients
4 servings
½ cupchia seeds
2 cupsalmond milk
or coconut
8 gramsloose leaf tea
⅓ cupmaple syrup
1 tspvanilla
¼ tspsalt
Coconut Whip
Instructions
Step 1
Bring milk to boil, remove from heat, and steep tea bags for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Squeeze out the tea and add in the rest of the ingredients, whisking in the chia seeds. Cover and let chill overnight. Chill can of coconut cream as well.
Step 3
To make coconut Whip, remove the solids from the can and whisk with the vanilla and maple syrup.
