Matka Kulfi Recipe in minutes!! No cooking , no boiling!! You just need a mixer and few basic ingredients.
Here’s my take on this super fancy all time favourite kulfi. Do not miss out this amazing recipe.

You need-
1 cup each - Almonds, Pistachios, Cashew Nuts
1 cup sugar
7-8 saffron stands
4 cardamom
Grind together all the above mentioned ingredients into a smooth powder.
Now add
1 cup milk powder
1.5 cup fresh cream ( I used Amul)
1 cup milk
Grind into a smooth paste.
Pour into small bowls or matkis.
Garnish with chopped pistachios and saffron stands.
Cover each bowl with aluminium foil and freeze for 7-8 hours.
