Slow Cooker Chilli Mac & Cheese π
This unlikely combination turned out to be the nicest thing Iβve made in my slow cooker yet ππ»

INGREDIENTS
500g Lean Beef Mince
1x Diced Red Onion
3x Diced Bell Peppers
1x Tin Black Beans/Kidney Beans
1x Tin Sweetcorn
1x Tin Chopped Tomatoes
1x Beef Stock Pot + 300ml Water 2tbsp. Smoked Paprika
1tbsp. EACH of: Garlic Granules, Chilli Powder 1tsp. EACH of: Cumin, Oregano, Salt & Pepper 300g Macaroni Pasta
200g Low Fat Cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all of the ingredients except the pasta and cheese in the slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours, or High for 3-4 hours.
3. 20 mins before serving: Stir in the dry pasta and half of the cheese. Sprinkle the other
half of the cheese over the top, cover with a lid, and cook on Low for 20 mins.
