Instructions

Step 1
Season your chicken with salt and pepper. Then cook in your air fryer at 180 for 20 minutes or until cooked.

Once cooked, shredded your chicken using two forks
Step 3
Make your garlic butter by combining butter with garlic and 1/4tsp mixed herbs
Step 4
Place your brioche buns in a dish add slather both sides with pesto, add your pulled chicken and top with your cheeses.
Step 5
Place the bun lids on and then spread with the garlic butter
Step 6
Add to a preheated grill (170 degrees) for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts and your bun lid is crispy.
