Instructions

Step 1
Chop cabbage, celery thinly. Place in medium size pot with some olive oil
Step 2
Crush garlic and add to pot
Step 3
Cut carrots in dice size, add to pot
Step 4
Stir all vegetable in the olive oil and heat up to start stewing. Keep stirring so it doesn’t burn.
Step 5
Add ginger and turmeric, and stir
Step 6
Add broth and cook for 20 minutes or until the carrots are cooked through but still firm
