Chic chip oats

My most viral recipe of 2023 AND 2022! And for good reason 😉 recipe below for this gluten-free, dairy-free cookie baked oatmeal 🍪🍪 Ingredients 1/2 cup oats 1/2 banana (the spottier the better!) 1 egg 1/4 cup milk of choice (I used almond milk) Pinch of salt 1/4 tsp baking soda Chocolate chips Optional - 1 tbsp sweeter (I like maple syrup or honey) Directions 1) add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a blender and blend until fully combined 2) pour batter into a lightly greased oven-safe baking dish 3) top with chocolate chips 4) bake at 350F for 20-25 ish minutes. Enjoy!
